Summary: enjoyable and well-produced traning
Comment: I always take caution when buying a new training product. Some of them are great for me and some are terrible. Few are somewhere in between.

This "Class on Demand" product suits me well. It is detailed enough for a beginner to follow but helps carry the learner through some more edvanced exercises.

It starts up easily buy itself, asks you to copy some sample files to work with to your own computer so you can complete the exercises and gets to work right away explaining the different versions of the software and also how you can best use the software for your own projects.

If you get off track with the video a little bit you have the potentional to struggle or get lost for a while.
for example the class on demand asks you to start by using the sample "camping adventure" video that was in their example lesson immediately. However on my particular computer screen that video was not the default when I loaded the software. I assumed the lesson material was in the media fold the video lesson asked me to transfer over, but it wasn;t there. It was actually in the lessons that came with the pinnacle product itself.

after about 5 hours of training time so far, I have run into similar problems about 6-7 times. That isnt the fault of the trainers, but it does make the production feel a bit rought because I felt like it was easy to get derailed from the flow of the training video. It might be that the beta version used to make the training video is not the same as that released version. I just dont know...but I did find it distracting.

overall the production quality it high and the training is at a mild and enjoyable pace for me. I will be buying more class on demand products.

Summary: Studio version 14
Comment: I found this video hard to follow especially for a newbie like me. The teacher goes thru new items and concepts so fast it's hard to keep up without replaying the video over and over. Customer service replies fast but instead of going say from A-D they stop at B and you're left wondering where to go next and have to request a step by step procedure. Just in the begining your're required to get a project folder but how, where is it, where does it go?
